The EZ Vertical, Cantilever, Slant, and Setback Double Leg Pallet Rack Repair Kits are engineered structural repair solutions for demanding environments where both the front and rear vertical frame posts need reinforcement.
Fully bolted, this kit exceeds 50,000 lbs. of impact resistance up to 12 inches high. It repairs and reinforces damaged front and rear posts while maintaining the original rack design profile, without unnecessary full frame replacement.
It can be used on qualifying structural or roll-form frames after review of upright profile, rack geometry, damage, beam elevations, and site requirements.
Proprietary beam reattachment hardware allows beam adjustment for either roll-form or structural beams using original end connectors. The kit does not require cutting off beam end plates, which can reduce beam capacity and compromise seismic structural integrity.
